Used equipment is sourced from facility upgrades, trade-ins, and estate sales across Western Canada. Each machine is assessed by Vistasort's technicians for mechanical condition, component wear, and operational history before acceptance into inventory.
Machines requiring reconditioning are restored in-house by Vistasort's service team. Worn components are replaced, electrical systems are verified, and mechanical assemblies are adjusted for correct operation across all function states.
Before being offered for sale, each reconditioned unit is run, tested, and where applicable calibrated. Optical sorters are verified for camera accuracy and ejector response. Cleaners are checked for screen condition, fan output, and drive operation.
Select units include commissioning and training as part of the purchase. Ongoing parts and service support is available from Vistasort's Saskatoon facility for all equipment we sell — used and new alike.
